We do not manufacture all products directly ourselves, and fulfillment may be carried out by third-party providers located in different countries or regions. Delivery times, product availability, and shipping origin may therefore vary from order to order.

Some orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled in separate shipments and may arrive on different dates.

3. Product Descriptions, Images, and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, mockups, colors, sizes, and other details as accurately as possible. However, actual printed output may vary slightly from on-screen previews, and colors may appear differently depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, materials, and production methods.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change, suspend, discontinue, or limit any product, design, style, color, size, service, or offering at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee that every product, color, size, design, or fulfillment route shown on the website will always remain available.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or reject any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, unauthorized resale, pricing errors, stock or fulfillment issues, inaccurate customer information, or other circumstances that make fulfillment impracticable or commercially unreasonable.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will generally refund the amount actually received for that order through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider processes.

Because products are made to order and fulfilled through third-party global partners, production times and delivery times may vary based on the item ordered, destination, season, shipping method, customs processing, and carrier conditions.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, local import procedures, force majeure events, address errors supplied by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an address is incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or rejected by the shipping carrier, we may be unable to recover the shipment or reship the order without additional charges.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other destination-country charges. Unless expressly stated otherwise, such charges are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Returns, Refunds, Replacements, and Cancellations

Because our products are generally made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or similar reasons once an order has entered production.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, materially misprinted, or if the wrong item is delivered, you must contact us within the period stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy and provide sufficient information, including photographs where applicable, for us to review the issue.

Where a claim is accepted, the remedy may include a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion and subject to the underlying fulfillment circumstances.

Order cancellation or modification may only be possible before production begins. Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
