M10M is operated by Skyprism General Trading FZ LLC, a company registered in RAKEZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
All M10M products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or any reason other than a verified defect, damage, or fulfillment error.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@mach10moto.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the problem.
Where a claim is accepted, the available remedy may include a replacement or a refund, depending on the nature of the issue and the outcome of the review. For eligible damage or manufacturing-error claims, a physical return of the item is generally not required.
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for orders where the customer selected the wrong size, selected the wrong color, entered an incorrect shipping address, or no longer wants the item after it has been placed.
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may only be possible before the order enters production. Once production has started, cancellations or edits may no longer be available.
Refunds approved for eligible claims will be issued to the original payment method, subject to the policies and processing times of the relevant payment provider or financial institution.
Governing Law: These Terms and this Returns & Refunds Policy are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, nothing in this policy excludes any mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country or region of residence where such rights cannot lawfully be excluded.
