Shipping policy
M10M is operated by Skyprism General Trading FZ LLC, registered in RAKEZ, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Our products are made to order and fulfilled through a global network of third-party production and shipping partners. This means that your order may be produced and shipped from the facility that is best placed to fulfill it based on your product selection, stock availability, and delivery destination.
Because every item is made specifically for your order, production usually takes 2 to 7 business days before dispatch. During busy seasons, large orders, or where product availability is affected, fulfillment may take longer.
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, and vary depending on the destination country, the product ordered, the production partner, and the shipping method selected. As a general guide, standard shipping may take around 2 to 5 business days for many domestic US deliveries after dispatch, and around 10 to 30 business days for international standard deliveries. Some products and destinations may move faster, while others may take longer.
Where possible, orders are fulfilled closer to the customer to reduce transit times. However, local fulfillment is not always guaranteed, and some orders may still be produced in another region depending on availability and routing conditions.
If your order contains multiple items, those items may be shipped together or separately depending on product type, fulfillment location, and provider availability. In some cases, you may receive your order in more than one package and on different delivery dates.
Shipping rates, where applicable, are shown at checkout. For some combinations of products, shipping charges may vary because rates depend on the product type and the fulfillment partner handling the order.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information is typically provided through the sales channel. Please note that some shipments may use carrier services that do not provide full tracking updates, and multi-package orders may have separate tracking numbers.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order has already entered production, address changes, shipping upgrades, or cancellations may not be possible.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by M10M and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Because all M10M products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color selection, or change-of-mind purchases. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue so that a replacement or refund review can be arranged.
If a shipment is returned because the address provided at checkout was incomplete or incorrect, reshipment or refund options may be limited.
