2. Information That Mach10Moto Collects

2.1 – Mach10Moto collects and stores personal information that you provide in order to interact and transact on the Mach10Moto website. If you sign up to receive a newsletter, Mach10Moto may collect your email address.

3.3 – Mach10Moto allows you to sign in to the Mach10Moto website using a Facebook or other social media account. These sign-on features may also enable you to create an account more easily by prepopulating Mach10Moto’s registration form with the information you provided to the social networking site. Typically, the first time you use enable a social login, the site will inform you of the information that will be shared with Mach10Moto. Mach10Moto may use that information for purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

For example, if you submit a design to Mach10Moto, Mach10Moto may use the information that you provide us to communicate with you and pay you any commissions that you earn. Similarly, if you sign up to receive Mach10Moto newsletters, Mach10Moto will use the email address you provide to send you the newsletters. Mach10Moto does not share your credit card or other account information with unaffiliated third parties unless you authorize us to do so, or if it is necessary to fulfill our responsibilities including, but not limited to, delivering a product or service that you order. Mach10Moto may need to share certain personal information with third party vendors for reasons such as manufacturing, printing, or logistics. The personal information is not provided to these vendors for marketing purposes.

4.2 – Mach10Moto primarily uses your non-personal information to help Mach10Moto better understand how Mach10Moto visitors use Mach10Moto’s services and provide a better experience for our visitors.

5.3 – Mach10Moto reserves the right to disclose information, including personal information, to third party governmental agencies or third parties in order to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes or governmental requests (such as in order to comply with a subpoena or court order), to protect Mach10Moto’s rights, or to prevent, protect against, or investigate illegal activity such as credit fraud. For example, if you submit a design to Mach10Moto, Mach10Moto may disclose your information to a third party that alleges that you have infringed their intellectual property rights. Similarly, if you allege that an independent designer is infringing upon your intellectual property rights, we may disclose your information to that designer.

5.4 – Mach10Moto contracts with several partners to help manage, monitor, and optimize Mach10Moto’s business. For example, Mach10Moto uses a third party to process credit card payments. Mach10Moto also subcontracts with several shipping providers. Mach10Moto may also subcontract out production, fulfillment, analytics, reporting, and/or other operations. Accordingly, Mach10Moto may need to share personal information with these partners so that the partners can provide the services in question. Mach10Moto will use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent such partners from disclosing your personal information, except for the purpose of providing the services in question. Mach10Moto cannot guarantee that such partners will not disclose your personal information.

5.5 – Mach10Moto also uses third party vendors to display relevant ads for Mach10Moto at locations away from the Mach10Moto website on the Internet. 8.1 – You can obtain a copy of and request that we correct errors in your personal information by contacting us. For your protection, you will be required to provide proof of your identity to obtain a copy of your personal information. If your personal information changes or if you no longer want to use Mach10Moto services, you may correct or update your personal information and/or your account through the account management screen. If you would like to deactivate your account, you can contact us to request deactivation.

9. Opting Out of Communications from Mach10Moto

9.1 – Mach10Moto wants to communicate with you via email only if you want to hear from us. When you purchase a t-shirt from Mach10Moto, Mach10Moto may from time to time send you email messages describing new products and offers. If, for any reason, you would no longer like to receive email messages from Mach10Moto, you can unsubscribe by clicking the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of one of those emails.

9.2 – Your privacy is important to us, and for this reason we will never share or sell your email address with any third parties for direct marketing purposes. Please note, if you decide not to receive marketing emails from Mach10Moto, you may still receive “Transactional” email messages regarding your order (i.e. order confirmation, shipping information, customer service notifications, etc.). 10. Waiver of Liability

10.1 – Whenever we obtain your personal information, we use commercially reasonable efforts to protect it from unauthorized access or disclosure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
